Sungrow is the only manufacturer in the world that offers both utility scale string and central inverters, which is a distinct advantage. The free smart phone App is also very simple and works well. It manufactured one of the best value hybrid solar inverters on the market – the SHK5-20 inverter. It received good feedback and great value for money. It comes with an optional back-up device for powering basic essential loads during a blackout. The next generation SH5K-30 hybrid inverter with integrated backup function is released in May 2020.
